A well-rounded fitness program includes strength (resistance) training to improve bone, joint function, bone density, muscle, tendon and ligament strength. To get the most gain from resistance training, you need to progressively increase the intensity of your training, according to your experience and training goals. This may mean increasing the weight, changing the duration of the contraction, reducing rest time or increasing the volume of training. I will guide through these processes.

Better flexibility may improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion and enabling your muscles to work most effectively. Stretching also increases blood flow to the muscle. The feeling of well-being, and vitality you will notice as a result of a regular flexibility routine can provide many important health benefits.

These individually tailored group sessions provide affordable supervised training.
